Force logout an Email User - SmarterMail

To force logout a user,  you can use multiple features simultaneousesly. Lets do this: 

1. At first, Login as a Domain administrator to your email account
2. Top Bar -> More -> Domain Settings. Find "User connections" on the left. Click here
3. On the top right side, find the Search option. type the email address and press enter. It will show the email user. 
4. Click the checkbox on the left of this user. Above it is "Refresh" Button and a 3 dot menu. Click the dot menu and choose "Drop Connections"

Then on the left menu, Click "Accounts" 

1. On the top right side, use search box and find the email address
2. Click the checkbox on the left of the user address in search result and use 3 dot menu above.
3. Chooes "Expire password" option to force user to change password

This will logout the user and force him/her to change the password on first login.
